"Imagine" is perhaps Lennon’s most iconic song, and it’s an excellent choice for beginners. The chord progression revolves around basic chords such as C, Cmaj7, F, Am, Dm, G, G7 and E7 chords, with a gentle strumming pattern that complements the song’s reflective mood. It’s slow-paced and ideal for building confidence in chord transitions.
